Q: What is your name, company, and position?
A: I’m Ally Stone the Founder CEO of The Inspired Leader
Q: What does your company do?
A: I provide executive coaching, workshops, and keynote speaking services. I can help you to discover the essence of your leadership style, what you stand for, and where you are going.
Using purpose and values as guideposts and a framework anchored in inclusion, together we spark an evolution that changes how leadership is viewed in impactful ways.
Q: What sets you and your business apart from other professionals in your industry?
A: I am all about helping leaders find their pathway to purpose. I do this through Inspired Leadership, which centres around bringing humanity back to business. When we can connect with our people and why we do what we do, the business that we do every day all of a sudden has so much more meaning and impact, and that meeting an impact translates to the people on our teams and the people in our communities that you business with us each day.
Q: What's your favourite part of your job?
A: Two things, I love working with leaders one on one and helping them stretch the edges of their thinking and expand the lens through which they see their businesses in the world.
Second, I love doing events where I am speaking or doing workshops, there is so much energy carried through in these events and it’s such an amazing thing to be a part of.
Q: Tell us a fun, non-work-related fact about you or your team!
A: I love to travel, at this point in my life I am trying to test out living in different places around the world and have new experiences each year!
Q: Why did you start your coworking membership?
A: Because I love Gwynne, and because the space is a beautiful space to work in it’s very calm and relaxing and it has everything you need.
Q: How has a coworking membership changed the way you work?
A: This is a hard one for me to answer because I don’t show up that often lol! I’ve been away forever but I like when I do work there because I’m more focussed and the distractions at home don’t get in my way!
Q: What’s your favourite feature at St. Albert Coworking?
A: I really love The Loft area!
